The aim is to give management training as well as practical knowledge in the respective field
A pass in Higher Secondary or any other Examination accepted by the University as equivalent, with any subject combination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.

Training Restaurant and Mock Bar
The Training Restaurant in the Institute is an exact replica of a hotel restaurant. All aspects of food and beverage service are imparted to the students to match international standards of service.
Food and Beverage Production Lab
The food production labs (Basic, Quantity, and Advanced) are well set with all state-of-the-art equipment and includes an individual work table, cooking range, tool kit and other accessories.
The front office provides hands-on training. The students are well trained in all aspects of reception, billing, cashiering, guest management, book-keeping and computerized hotel management system packages.
Housekeeping (Laundry and Linen)
The students are taught all aspects of laundry operations. The mock laundry gives them hands down experience in housekeeping.
The Institute has a mock guest room. Professional training is imparted in guest room cleaning, bed making, and interior decoration.
Maintenance and Engineering Workshop
The Institute also imparts training to the students in repair and maintenance of common hotel equipment like Electrical circuit, basic carpentry works, exhaust fans, common light fixtures.
